Sign Up Agreement

What you need to join:

You will be asked to provide identification of name and residential address. For example:

  • a current NSW Driver's Licence or NSW Photo Card
  • a current Health Care Card (Social Security)
  • Eurobodalla Council Rates Notice
  • Student Card
  • Defence Card
  • Lease Agreement/Rent Receipt

To do so, please visit the Library with proof of identification that has your current local address on it.

Membership details will be handled in the strictest confidence in accordance with the Federal Privacy Act.

Application Form:

Complete all fields. Those marked with an asterisk * are mandatory.

If you would like access to our digital resources, e-books and e-audio books please visit your local library with your proof of identification, once you have completed the application form.

Conditions of Membership:

Please note - Conditions of membership may be amended by Council from time to time. By signing the Eurobodalla Libraries Membership card you are agreeing to the following conditions:

  • Fees may be charged for overdue, lost or damaged items.
  • Members must notify the library of lost library cards. A fee is charged for replacement cards.
  • It is the responsibility of members to notify the library of any changes in contact details.
  • Library cards are to be presented for all transactions.
  • The library is not responsible for the security of personal belongings. Please keep them with you at all times.
  • Please consider other library users when using mobile phones and devices.
  • Users are not permitted to view or print material online which is prohibited by law, or is deemed inappropriate or offensive by library staff. Continued viewing or printing of this type of material can lead to Internet access restrictions.
  • Parents, guardians and/ or carers are responsible for supervising their children’s use of library resources including online resources and the internet.
  • Parents/ guardians shall take responsibility for items on a card issued to their child.
  • Junior members are not allowed to access the Internet during school hours without a school pass or a parent/guardian being present.
  • The Parent/Guardian of junior members is responsible for supervising what items are selected and ensuring that they are taken care of by the child.
